姬强，男，管理学博士，中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院副研究员。研究方向为能源战略管理、能源金融与大数据、能源预测与风险管理等。承担国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目、青年基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题以及研究所“十二五”重点项目子课题等多项课题，并作为主要骨干参与中科院重要方向性项目、预测科学研究中心项目、国家能源局以及石油企业委托项目等研究工作，在国内外重要学术期刊发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI/SSCI收录30余篇，编著1部，ESI高被引论文1篇。合作开发软件，并获得软件著作权3项。2017年中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。
