廖蕾,男,1981年10月出生,毕业于武汉大学物理学院,研究生学历,现任湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院副院长,微纳光电器件与应用教育部重点实验室主任,教授,博士生导师。

研究领域

博士期间,从事一维过渡族金属氧化物纳米线和碳纳米管等材料物性研究和器件研制方面的研究,研制单根纳米线场效应晶体管、铁电储存器和气体传感器。博士后期间主要从事石墨烯高速晶体管的研发。现主要从事高性能电子器件的研究。
