大唇拟鼻花马先蒿（学名：Pedicularis rhinanthoides sp. labellata）是玄参科马先蒿属下的一个亚种。
大唇拟鼻花马先蒿在中国主要分布于新疆，准噶尔汗国经土耳其斯坦至西马拉雅。
